    Juan has spent the last decade running campaigns, managing crises, building capacity, and building power with working people. As a consultant, he convenes teams of experts to help unions and social justice organizations build power and win in moments of crisis or great opportunity.

    As an organizer, strategist, and communicator, Juan strives to bring his perspective, expertise and relationships to facilitate a space where people of all genders, races, nationalities and ages come to work together as equals to build power and win.

    DEVELOPER

    Florencia graduated with a degree in Political Science from the University of Buenos Aires and has been blending her studies with computer science for over three years. She has joined the project to integrate her diverse skills, handling data management and systems. Her interdisciplinary background equips her with a unique perspective, allowing her to approach problems with both analytical and technical solutions.

  • Fabian Torres

    ACCOUNTING & STRATEGIC OPERATIONS

    Fabián was born in 1984 in a municipality on the banks of the Magdalena River in Colombia. After becoming a technician in audiovisual production, he has developed a great ability to coordinate and organize projects, ensuring an effective and efficient implementation. His experience has taken place in the area of organic agriculture, personal development, solidarity markets and healthy eating, always seeking to promote and generate proposals that have a positive impact on both nature and the social fabric.

    Thanks to his love for ancestral traditions, he has been granted access to grandfathers and grandmothers from native peoples and North American peoples. In These forms of knowledge he finds a great wealth that he seeks to transmit to the projects of which he is a part.

    He joins our team with his creative disposition in developing strategic operations, contributing his experience and learnings.

With our DALE Intake Tool you will be able to collect all the relevant information and automatically fill out the government forms in a single interaction. In addition, you will receive a summary page flagging important issues so you can analyze and prioritize your cases quickly
