  • The DALE Electronic Intake system is a web based intake questionnaire that collects all the information commonly needed for evaluating and processing DALE applications, pre-fills the government forms, and provides you with a summary report that flags important issues and allows you to see all the information provided in one place. The DALE Electronic Intake system is bilingual in Spanish, uses clear easy to understand language and adapts to only ask relevant questions.

  • Once you purchase a plan, we will send you your organization's unique code and a link to access the system. You will always use that link and your code to start an application. Once you enter your code, we ask you the name and email of the volunteer helping the worker with the application, and the name and email of the worker. The volunteer will receive an mail with a unique link to start the application for that worker.

    The application has 4 parts and there is a chance to take a break in between. Once they have finished all the questions, the volunteer will receive an email where they can download the government forms and the summary page for that worker.

  • We understand the importance of protecting applicant data. For that reason all applicant data will remain on a HIPAA compliant database for 10 days when it will be deleted.

  • Once you create an account with us and purchase a plan, we will send you a code and an access button via admin@socialjusticepartnership.com. You can start using the system from there. You can also access it on your account pannel in our website.

  • The system generates the relevant government forms (I-325, I-675) and a summary sheet with all the answers and important alerts for that case. The volunteer in your organization who started the application will receive an email with links to download these documents within 20 minutes of the questionnaire being submitted.

  • They will be emailed to the volunteer who started the application.

  • Yes. You can open them with a PDF editor such adobe Acrobat or pfdFiller and make any changes you need.

  • Beside the questions necessary to fill out the government forms, the system asks you other questions that can help your organization analyze and prioritize your cases. It produces the government forms filled out with the relevant information and a summary report with all applicant’s answers to all questions, plus a set of flags for issues you may want to consider such as number of arrests, active immigration procedures, history of attempts to enter the United States, etc.
